Yoga is the best medicine for all mental problems. Everyone wanted to start a habit of doing yoga but everyone has a lot of questions on yoga. Do most people ask when we should do yoga? and how many hours we need to do yoga? Yoga is not like we should do it at a particular time, we can do yoga at any time but during some particular time, it will show more benefits. Morning time is a very good time for yoga. How many hours is the nest question, it is not like we should do yoga for hours, we can do it according to your time schedule. I personally started to do yoga at morning 5 clock for 10 minutes. Before the first day of my yoga, I was not confident enough to start it because I don’t have any idea how to start it. Through some books and youtube channels advice, I started doing yoga. Yoga was a great start for my day.

What did I do on my first day YOGA?

I created a separate place for doing yoga. Creating a separate place for one habit will daily motivate you to do yoga. That yoga area will remember you to do yoga. I was searching for a noiseless area, but I came to know there is no noiseless place in my home. Then I decided to wake up early, before my family members. On my first day of yoga, I waked up early morning at 5 clocks. I took my yoga mat to that separate area and start to do yoga. I did a simple activity, I sat straight, the backbone was straight and I was doing breathing exercise for 10 minutes. It was my first day so I started with 10 minutes but when we do yoga regularly we will not know how many hours we do. I started my yoga at 5:05 A.M and I kept alarmed at 5:20 A.M because we will stop doing yoga without completing it for 10 minutes. After all, when you do yoga for the first one month it feels like we did it for an hour. Total of 10 minutes I did only the breathing exercise.

Benefits on my first day!

  • I felt the real freshness of the early morning.
  • The whole day I was very happy.
  • I was very energetic to do something.
  • I was calm.
  • I was able to know my concentration level.

Never do this?

When you do yoga, never try to control thoughts of your brain because the activity of the brain is to generate thoughts, it can not stop doing it but you should be concentrating on the breath. Slowly you will get overall control on your brain.
